I believe that children can achieve anything and confident in whatever they do. Learning can only happen through collaboration and having good relationships with parents, educators, and colleagues. In partnership with families, I support children in teaching their goals and reach their potential. I make sure that children are learning and growing in an environment where they can learn emotionally, physically, socially, and cognitively.
In early childhood setting I have a strong commitment to learning occurring in a natural environment as in this technological world we live in the children may get very less time with the nature. I tend to make sure that the program is based on play-based learning. The quote “education begins the moment we see children as innately wise and capable a being.Only then can we play Alain in their world” by Vincent Gowmon related to my philosophy so well as I believe that teaching can only occur if we adults view young children as skillful and wise. It is always important to be kind and be fair in this field.
